"He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.."  Mark 16:15

In My Utmost for His Highest, Oswald Chambers stated: " 'You shall be witnesses to me...' (Acts 1:8). How many of us are willing to spend every bit of our nervous, mental, moral, and spiritual energy for Jesus Christ?...Am I willing to be groken bread and poured out wine for Him?"

Missions is a vital and growing part of the ministries of New Life Fellowship.  A congregation that does not reach out beyond its own four walls will be spiritually mal-nourished.  Therefore, the leadership of New Life Fellowship takes seriously Jesus' command to be His witnesses, to "...go into all the world..."  We do that through prayer, giving from the material resources God has blessed us with, and by going..  New Life currently provides financial support to seven world missionaries and four US missionaries.  Click on the links above to see information about those missionaries.

In 2009, several missionaries visited NLF to preach and tell us about their ministries.  Curtis and Teresa Hubbell, our US missionaries to bikers came in January.  Larryon Truman was here in February.  He and his family are now missionaries in Panama.  In late May, Paul and Linda Scholtz visited our church.  They are our District missionaries to the rodeo world.  And last but not least, Kevin And Eunice Tyler, our missionaries with Teen Challenge in Minor Asia were here in July.  It was great to hear from all of them and to hear about all the exciting things God is doing through them.  They are a great bunch of people.  We praise God for their sacrifices for Him.   Please pray for all our missionaries.

Want  to go on a life-changing adventure?  Pray about going on a short-term missions trip.  If you do, you will never again be the same.  Beginning in November, 2005, New Life has sent out four missions teams: one to Guatemala, two to Chile, and one to the Sturgis, S.D. Motorcycle Rally.  In addition, members of the congregation have been on other missions trips to Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Mexico, Costa Rica and Nicaragua.  A team of 6 people went to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in July and August, 2009.  They assisted the Hubbells in ministering to kids.  They had a great time and some may go again next year.  Another team is schedlued to go to Santiago, Chile, in March, 2011.  There are no firm plans for 2010, but as the Lord leads and provides, New Life will continue to send out teams.

New Life has established on on-going relationship with missionaires Jim and Ester Mazurek in Santiago, Chile, to help them complete the construction of the Santiago Children's Ministreis Outreach Center.  Go to Mazurek's page to read all about it.and see photos from Santiago.

New Life also is reaching out in the Del Norte area.  Once a week, a team ministers in the local nursing home through singing and Bible study.  There is also a ministry to women inmates of the county jail.

"He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose."  Jim Elliott, missionary to Ecuador who was martyred in 1956 along with 4 other misissionaries.

In April, 2007, the Lord gave this word to one of the leaders of our fellowship:

I will touch the nations through New Life Fellowship. Men, women, boys and girls will go forth as I call them to reach the world, the world which I have made which so desperately needs Me. You will see the influence through New Life by My Spirit, says the Lord, to the remotest parts of the earth. Some will expend their lives there. But all will be done in My power and by My Spirit. There will be no place not touched by generations* from New Life. And they will be like the saints of Revelation 12:11.

*Not only succeeding generations but all age groups.               Hebrews 13:20, 21
